I became a Professional Dog Trainer in 2003 because of my love of dogs and the frustrations of seeing so many dogs in shelters who had been abandoned because they were misunderstood or mishandled by their humans.
Understanding breed characteristics, instinct, drives and temperament allows me the ability to better understand a dog’s behaviour and therefore shape and rehabilitate any unnecessary or unwanted behaviours through positive training methods allowing our dogs the opportunity to become well mannered, well behaved and less likely to be given up to a shelter.
